Chris DiGeorge
Christopher A. DiGeorge, Esq. is Co-Founder and Managing Member of Millennial Partners. Chris an experienced developer who has been involved in well over a billion dollars of first-of-a-kind, urban development across all asset classes. Chris played a key role in the development of Northern Liberties neighborhood of Philadelphia including the revolutionary Piazza at Schmidt's Brewery project.
Chris, a native of Philadelphia's East Falls neighborhood, graduated with a B.A. in American Studies with a concentration in Economics from Temple University. After accepting a coveted offer to enter the Commercial Banking Management Training Program at First Pennsylvania Bank, Chris decided to attend Temple Law School while continuing to work full time in commercial banking. After graduation Chris began his legal career with Blank Rome, a prominent international law firm headquartered in Philadelphia.
Eventually, Chris returned to banking where he was promoted to executive level positions with First Republic and PNC banks. Chris was one of Philadelphia's top real estate bankers and backed many of the projects that shaped current day Philadelphia. Chris's impact on the Philadelphia real estate market continued to grow when he left banking to create his own real estate merchant banking firm. Chris is a recognized real estate leader who has spoken on local and national television and radio broadcasts addressing various real estate topics. These include Sirius Business Radio Powered By The Wharton School, Fox TV, Urban Land Institute and other forums. Chris has long standing, national relationships with many companies, law firms, banks, development companies, investment banks, hedge funds, insurance companies, business, political and community leaders.
